How You Will Contribute to our Team

Responsibilities

• Assist with maintaining accurate operational related data

• Coordinate shipping notifications to customers and decoration partners

• Manage email responses to Warehouse Operations, Customer Care, and Strategic Operations to resolve order exceptions and operational issues

• Prepare and maintain reports, visual boards, and spreadsheets to ensure operational efficiency

• Track, research, and maintain order, production, and shipping related updates across suppliers and decorators

• Assist with inventory management activities including inventory adjustments, returns, and cycle count support

• Support additional sourcing, strategic operations, warehouse, and operations activities as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment independently

• Microsoft Office experience with an emphasis on Excel and Outlook

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly

• 1+ years of experience in operations, purchasing, inventory, logistics, customer service. Research, clerical, or administrative support preferred

Hourly Range: $17.00 - $22.00, negotiable based upon experience
