Director of Enrollment Management, 2 Hour Learning

Crossover

Where most enrollment positions prioritize throughput, this one is designed to uphold quality.

Alpha is constructing one of the world's most forward-thinking educational models. Our campuses integrate demanding academics, technology-enhanced instruction, and elevated expectations for both learners and educators. Students routinely exceed national learning benchmarks, supported by measurable outcomes. Afternoons are reserved for deeper exploration, independent work, and applied competency development. The model delivers results. However, success depends entirely on enrolling aligned families.

This is your mandate.

You will lead the complete admissions experience for a campus, spanning initial application to final enrollment. This is not a role where responsibilities are shared or passed along. You control how families perceive us, how thoroughly they grasp the philosophy, and whether enrollment occurs for sound reasons. You will evaluate compatibility, facilitate meaningful dialogue, and advise against enrollment when appropriate. The objective is not volume maximization. The objective is strategic fit.

We welcome applicants from elite service backgrounds outside conventional education: independent schools, competitive admissions programs, high-end hospitality, executive concierge roles, premium clubs, or entrepreneurial ventures involving direct management of discerning clientele. What counts is your capacity to orchestrate a refined, multi-phase process with discernment, precision, and accountability.

If your professional experience centers on exceptional service delivery where credibility, confidentiality, and experience design shape brand identity, this role will resonate—just directed toward work that produces measurable impact.

This is a full-time, salaried, on-campus position. We are currently hiring in Greenwich, Boca Raton, Atlanta, Boston, Charlotte, and Chantilly. Relocation assistance is provided.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Leading the complete enrollment pathway for prospective families, beginning with initial outreach and concluding with onboarding.
  • Facilitating diagnostic conversations to evaluate alignment prior to offering solutions or advising on subsequent actions.
  • Overseeing 20+ concurrent family engagements at varied enrollment phases, maintaining transparent tracking and timely follow-through.
  • Orchestrating campus visits, student shadow days, and decision-stage discussions that articulate results, standards, and ideal candidate profiles.
  • Sustaining precise CRM and enrollment documentation (HubSpot and SIS) to enable forecasting, workflow prioritization, and service excellence.

What You Won’t Be Doing

  • Applying transactional or aggressive sales methodologies.
  • Accepting families with poor alignment solely to satisfy enrollment targets.
  • Overseeing sizable teams or navigating complex organizational hierarchies.
  • Distributing family experience ownership across multiple stakeholders.
  • Operating remotely. This position is intentionally campus-resident.

  • Experience concurrently stewarding 20+ client, guest, or family accounts at differing stages, supported by a structured tracking methodology.

  • Willingness to reside in or relocate within 60 days to one of these locations: Greenwich, CT; Boca Raton, FL; Atlanta, GA; Boston, MA; Charlotte, NC; or Chantilly, VA.
