Compensation: $90,000–$120,000+

We’ve sold over 600,000 bags, built a passionate community, and established ourselves as a leader in the photography space.

Now we’re expanding.

We’re looking for a Wholesale Account Manager to help grow WANDRD across North America as we continue expanding into travel, outdoor, lifestyle, and specialty retail.

This role is ideal for someone who loves building relationships, growing accounts, opening doors, and representing a brand they genuinely believe in.

This is a remote role (though Utah based is preferred) and requires regular travel throughout the United States, Canada, and Mexico for retailer visits, trade shows, sales meetings, and industry events. Expected travel is approximately 25-40%, with seasonal increases around key trade shows and launches.

What You’ll Do

Grow Existing Accounts

  • Manage relationships with key wholesale partners
  • Increase sell-through and reorder frequency
  • Conduct regular account reviews
  • Support merchandising and staff training initiatives
  • Forecast inventory needs with retail partners
  • Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts

Develop New Business

  • Prospect and open strategic new retail accounts
  • Build relationships with buyers and decision-makers
  • Help expand WANDRD into outdoor, travel, lifestyle, and specialty retail channels
  • Manage the sales pipeline from first contact through onboarding
  • Represent WANDRD at trade shows and industry events

Be a Trusted Partner

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts
  • Understand retailer goals and help them succeed
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure excellent partner experiences
  • Maintain CRM records and account plans
  • Deliver feedback from the market to help shape future products and strategy

What Success Looks Like

After 12 months you have

  • Increased revenue from existing wholesale accounts
  • Opened meaningful new retail relationships
  • Built strong partnerships with key buyers
  • Improved account forecasting and communication
  • Become a trusted face of WANDRD within the specialty retail community
  • Reduced founder involvement in day-to-day account management

    What We’re Looking For

    Required

    • 3+ years in wholesale sales, account management, or business development
    • Proven experience managing retailer relationships
    • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
    • Highly organized and self-motivated
    • CRM experience
    • Willing and able to travel approximately 25-40% throughout North America, including trade shows, retailer visits, and industry events

    Strongly Preferred

    Experience in one or more of:

    • Outdoor industry
    • Travel goods industry
    • Lifestyle brands
    • Photography industry
    • Specialty retail

    Bonus points if you’ve worked with

    • Independent specialty retailers
    • Buying groups
    • Distributors
    • Premium consumer brands

    What We Offer

    Compensation

    Base Salary: $75,000 – $95,000

    Plus: Quarterly Performance Bonus

    Target OTE: $90,000 – $120,000+

    • Wholesale revenue growth
    • New account acquisition
    • Strategic account development
    • Forecast accuracy
    • Overall territory performance
