Your Problems Solved!
As our Founding Demand Gen Lead, you'll build and own the entire demand engine from day one. No endless approval chains, just you, the founder, and a mission to revolutionize how companies hire. You'll transform our deep product truth into compelling stories that connect with executives who are desperate for a better way. Your campaigns won't just generate leads. They'll spark conversations, shift perceptions, and create a category.
This is your chance to prove that great marketing isn't about following best practices; it's about breaking them and building something that works in the real world.
In the first 90 days, you will conquer the following:
- Complete a comprehensive product deep-dive and deliver a compelling presentation to the team that demonstrates mastery of Intertru.ai's offering, methodology, and competitive positioning.
- Conduct 10 customer discovery interviews to refine our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and validate messaging hypotheses.
-Build Demand Engine v1. Launch lightweight campaign to drive awareness and start generating qualified leads via lead scoring system.
- Launch 3, multi-channel campaigns (email, LinkedIn, PR) designed to generate at least 50 qualified leads and drive measurable engagement with target accounts.
- Establish and implement a lead scoring system that improves lead quality by 25% and ensures tight alignment between marketing and early sales efforts.
- Secure 2 PR or influencer partnerships that position Intertru.ai as a thought leader in the hiring and talent intelligence space.
- Operationalize the demand engine with a repeatable content calendar, social posting cadence, and reporting dashboard that tracks campaign performance, lead quality, and pipeline contribution.
- Generate a total of 150 qualified leads and contribute to at least 5 sales opportunities in active pipeline stages.
- Present a 90-180 day growth plan to leadership that includes campaign performance insights, key learnings, and a roadmap for scaling the demand generation team and strategy.
Soft Skills
You will help translate Intertru’s methodology, founder perspective, product capabilities, and customer pain into market-facing language that resonates with CEOs, COOs, CROs, founders, and executive operators.
You will own and evolve the messaging matrix, including core narratives, proof points, audience-specific angles, objection handling, competitive differentiation, and tone of voice.
You will help make Performance Intelligence understandable, compelling, and commercially useful.
Technical Skills
You have hands-on experience building and executing demand generation strategies in B2B SaaS or high-growth tech environments. You're proficient with LinkedIn advertising, email marketing platforms, marketing automation tools, and basic CRM systems for lead tracking and scoring. You understand which AI platforms work best for different applications and you are scrappy! Bonus points if you've worked with early-stage startups, built marketing teams from scratch, or contributed to category creation and positioning efforts.
Must Haves
A love for tinkering. Passion for demand generation, growth marketing, or performance marketing, ideally in a B2B SaaS or tech startup environment.
