QUALITY DIRECTOR

Join a dynamic team at the forefront of quality assurance and innovation in the food and personal care packaging industry. As the Quality Director, you'll lead the charge in ensuring top-notch quality and food safety across my client's operations. With an emphasis on a culture of prevention and accountability, you will work collaboratively across various departments to drive results and inspire your team to achieve excellence.

Qualified candidates will have the following:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field.
• 8 to 15 years of leadership experience in Quality within Food Manufacturing, Pharmaceuticals, Personal Care Products or related industries.
• Experience directly managing and mentoring Quality teams (engineers, techs, inspectors, etc.).
• Proven abilities in driving continuous improvement through data systems and root-cause analysis.
• Strong communication skills for engaging with customers and resolving quality concerns.
• Certifications in one of the following - SQF Advanced Practitioner, HACCP Certification / PCQI, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt, or ASQ Certified Quality Manager.

This is a full-time perm role with excellent base salary, quarterly bonuses, full benefits such as health care, dental, vision, 401k with company match, etc.
