Sweat Kingdom is a USA-based manufacturer of premium traditional saunas. We design and build everything in-house — from modular kit saunas to fully custom pre-built units. The Role

We're looking for a skilled CAD Drafter and Lead Designer to join our team. You'll work directly with clients and our production team to bring custom sauna projects to life — from initial drawings through final design approval. This is a hands-on role that sits at the intersection of technical drafting and creative design.

Responsibilities

• Create and adjust simplified 2D line drawings for clients in AutoCAD
• Produce 2D framing details in AutoCAD for builders to work from
• Build and render 3D previews of sauna interiors and exteriors in Blender
• Communicate design changes directly with clients throughout the project
• Manage custom job specifications including paint color, bench layout, and other client-specific details

What We're Looking For

• 2–4 years of experience in CAD drafting, design, or a related field
• Proficiency in AutoCAD — 2D drafting and framing details required
• Experience with Blender or similar 3D rendering software preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Clear communicator — you'll be the point of contact for clients on design revisions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
