About the founder

Atomic Apps AI was founded by a software engineer with 25+ years building reliable, large-scale systems for companies including Walmart, Google, Amazon (Prime Video), NBC Universal, Eli Lilly, and LexisNexis. AIRIN is built by someone who knows how to ship software that holds up in the real world. What the company needs now is a sales partner to match that engineering foundation with a revenue engine.

The role

This is a founding seat, not a quota chair. You'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with the founder to build the revenue function from the ground up — the targeting, the scripts, the playbook, and the pipeline. Early on, half the job is selling (getting on the phone, opening doors, booking and closing real business) and half is building the engine that lets us scale. As the systems prove out, this role grows into a full-time leadership seat owning go-to-market.

Because this is a true founding role, it comes with equity that vests over time as milestones are reached. This is one of the most important hires the company will make, and the equity reflects that. The specifics are open for discussion with the right person.

Who you'll sell to

Our focus is insurance agencies and HVAC businesses, with a particular eye on multi-location operators (2+ locations) that have high call volume and the most to gain from an always-on AI receptionist. Bigger, higher-value accounts are exactly where we want to grow.

What you'll do

Run outbound to owners and decision-makers, prioritizing multi-location, high-demand accounts. Open conversations, qualify real fit, book demos, and move toward closing. Test and refine the pitch weekly and document what works. Build the shared playbook — openers, objection handling, follow-up cadences. Sharpen our ICP and feed it back into strategy. Help stand up the GTM systems that make full-time scale effective.

You're probably a fit if

You've sold to business owners and can hold a sharp, consultative conversation — not read a script. You can sell across more than one industry and step up to larger, multi-location accounts. You're as comfortable building process as you are dialing. You want a hands-on founding role with real ownership and direct collaboration with the founder. You're available part-time now and ready to commit full-time (40+ hrs) once the systems are in place.

Logistics

Part-time to start, scaling to full-time as we grow together. This is a hybrid role: we'll work in person together a few days a week at a location to be decided (greater Long Beach / LA / OC area), with the rest of the week remote and flexible. The in-person days are where we build the playbook side by side early on, which matters most in the founding phase. Compensation is a base/draw plus commission, weighted toward strong upside as you produce — early budget is intentionally lean (with some reserved for marketing), so the real reward here is ownership and commission on what you build. We provide the dialer, CRM, lead lists, and a live product to demo.
