CDL A Drivers

Class A drivers make deliveries to customers’ stores and on average $1500-$2000/WK, are home every week for 34 hours, get full benefits after 30 days, $2500 sign on and we welcome a rider and a pet.

• Drivers will make deliveries to customers’ stores in IL, WI, IN, MI, IA and KY. At each store drivers will place boxes from trailer onto conveyor belt that goes into the store where the store employees are responsible for taking the product off the conveyor belt. Pay on this is $.82-$.85CPM based on experience and $245/Trailer unload. Drivers will average 3-4 trailers per week and run 800-1100MPW. Drivers are home for 34 hours every week.

• Drivers are trained on the account for 2-4 days and paid $150/Day. After training, drivers can bring their pet and a rider. Full benefits kick in after 30 days and the $2500 sign on bonus is paid out over 180 days. Full benefits start after 30 days and include PTO, medical, dental, 401K and more.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 months Class A driving experience in the last 3 years (local, regional, or OTR; 40’ trailer; excludes trainer/school time)
• No more than 3 jobs in the last 12 months
• If you have been terminated from a previous job due to safety tissues you must have 6 months of safe driving with another carrier
• Relatively clean MVR with no CMV accidents that resulted in injury, jack knife or rollover in the last 5 years
• This job is physical and drivers will place boxes on a conveyor belt that goes into the store. The driver is NOT responsible for any inventory or merchandising, once it is in the store, the store personnel handle the final part of the delivery
