The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong ability to engage and support students in a virtual learning environment while managing multiple course preparations across grades 6?12.

Preferred Qualifications Include

Prior experience teaching in an online or blended learning environment

Understanding of best practices in virtual instruction, including student engagement, progress monitoring, and timely feedback

Ability to build strong relationships with students and families in a remote setting through consistent, proactive communication

Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple course preps and student caseloads

Proficiency with learning management systems (LMS), virtual meeting platforms, and digital instructional tools

Experience using data to inform instruction, monitor student progress, and provide targeted support

Ability to work independently while also collaborating with a virtual team of educators and support staff

Commitment to maintaining regular communication with students, parents/guardians, and school staff to support student success

Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic, fast-paced online learning environment
