Renewyx have partnered with a leading general contractor specialising in core commercial construction to bring on an Assistant Superintendent in the Napa / Sonoma County area.

This is a ground-up commercial builder with an active Northern California pipeline. They back their field leaders, promote from within, and want an Assistant Super who is ready to step up.

The role

Support day-to-day field operations across active commercial builds. Work alongside a Lead Superintendent to manage subcontractor crews, site safety, schedule, and quality — then own it yourself.

What you’ll bring

• 3–7 years of field supervision experience on commercial ground-up projects
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, and trade coordination
• Solid knowledge of OSHA standards and site safety requirements
• A communicator who can manage subs and build crews effectively
• Procore or equivalent field management tools — a plus
• Degree in Construction Management or related field preferred, not required
