Route Technician

Atlas Rearden Inc. is seeking a dependable, self-motivated Route Technician to join our growing team. This position services established customer routes throughout the Permian Basin and includes a variety of exterior cleaning and facility maintenance services.

Responsibilities

• Window cleaning using traditional and water-fed pole systems
• Pressure washing and soft washing
• Commercial facility maintenance services
• Operating and maintaining company equipment
• Driving company vehicles to customer locations
• Providing outstanding customer service
• Representing Atlas Rearden professionally at all times

Requirements

• Valid Texas driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Ability to work outdoors in varying West Texas weather conditions
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor
• Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated
• Strong attention to detail and work ethic
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Schedule

• Primary work schedule is Tuesday through Saturday
• Typical start time is 8:00 AM
• Flexibility is required as schedules may change based on customer demands, weather conditions, and business needs
• Occasional overtime opportunities available
• No overnight travel – home every night

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting salary: $50,000–$60,000 per year, depending on experience
• Paid Time Off (PTO)
