What You’ll Do
Keep Healthcare Schedules Running Smoothly
- Coordinate provider schedules and patient appointments across multiple service areas
- Schedule and confirm visits for audiology, dental, optometry, and podiatry services
- Ensure all appointments are accurately documented and communicated
Be the Communication Hub
- Serve as the main point of contact between healthcare providers, facility staff, patients, and families
- Communicate clearly, professionally, and confidently across phone and digital systems
- Build strong working relationships with internal teams and external partners
Solve Problems in Real Time
- Anticipate scheduling conflicts before they happen
- Adjust schedules quickly when plans change
- Keep daily operations moving without disruption
- Support scheduling goals and workflow efficiency
Keep Everything Accurate & Organized
- Maintain patient demographics, insurance details, and visit data
- Ensure scheduling systems are updated and accurate at all times
- Support HIPAA-compliant documentation and privacy standards
