Product Design Development Manager

ERA Group is a fast-growing consumer products and brand development company looking for a talented Product Development & Design Manager to join our team full-time and in-house.

What You'll Do:

Develop new product concepts from idea to launch

Create and manage product packaging designs

Work closely with suppliers and manufacturers

Research market trends and competitor products

Coordinate product samples, revisions, and approvals

Oversee branding, labeling, and compliance requirements

Collaborate with marketing and sales teams on product positioning

Experience in product development, packaging, or industrial design

Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)

Excellent project management and organizational skills

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Creative thinker with strong attention to detail

Experience in supplements, wellness, beauty, or consumer packaged goods is a plus
