Clinical Systems Analyst (AI Training)
About The Role
At Alignerr, we partner with the world's leading AI research teams to build and train cutting-edge AI models. We're looking for experienced Clinical Systems Analysts to bring their real-world healthcare IT knowledge to AI development — helping ensure AI systems understand, reason about, and accurately represent clinical workflows, systems, and data.
Your hands-on experience with EHRs, hospital infrastructure, and clinical operations makes you uniquely positioned to evaluate and improve how AI handles healthcare scenarios. This is a rare opportunity to apply your domain expertise in an entirely new way — without leaving the comfort of remote work.
- Organization: Alignerr

- Provide structured expert feedback to help AI models better understand clinical and technical healthcare concepts
- Review and annotate healthcare IT documentation, system descriptions, and technical scenarios
- Work independently and asynchronously — on your own schedule
Who You Are

- Strong technical troubleshooting background with the ability to spot inaccuracies in system-related scenarios
- Comfortable working at the intersection of clinical workflows and IT — you understand both sides
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and reliable when working independently
- Clear and structured written communicator
Nice to Have
- Experience with data annotation, data quality, or AI evaluation workflows
- Familiarity with HL7, FHIR, or healthcare interoperability standards
