What You'll Be Doing

  • Schedule and dispatch ready-mix deliveries to meet customer timelines and job site requirements
  • Communicate with drivers, plant teams, and customers to coordinate efficient delivery routes
  • Monitor orders and adjust schedules in real time to address changes or delays
  • Maintain accurate order entry, delivery tickets, and dispatch records
  • Support a culture of safety by reinforcing safe work practices and compliance

Work Environment

This role is based in a plant or office setting with frequent interaction with drivers and operations teams. The position may involve flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, or weekends, depending on business needs.
