## About the Job
[The]{contrast="auto"}[Microbiology Technician reports directly to the
Laboratory Supervisor and plays a key role in the routine testing of
finished compounded pharmaceutical products. This position ensures that
all testing is conducted in compliance with applicable regulations,
standards, and]{contrast="auto"}[guidance of documents related to
quality control and microbiological safety.]{contrast="auto"}
[Key Responsibilities]{contrast="none"}
- [Collect and prepare samples for microbiological analysis in
accordance with established procedures.]{contrast="auto"}
- [Perform media inspections and growth promotion
testing.]{contrast="auto"}
- [Conduct bacterial endotoxin, particulate matter, sterility, and
filter integrity testing, including method suitability
studies.]{contrast="auto"}
- [Track and manage test samples to ensure accurate documentation and
timely processing.]{contrast="auto"}
- [Support laboratory organization and cleanliness, including proper
lab waste disposal and storage management.]{contrast="auto"}
- [Comply with all procedural and regulatory guidelines related to
controlled substances.]{contrast="auto"}
- [Contribute to ongoing quality improvement initiatives and ensure
the integrity of testing, manufacturing, certification, and product

- [Follow all company safety procedures and assist in training new
employees on laboratory safety protocols.]{contrast="auto"}
- [Maintain a clean, organized, and safe laboratory environment at all

## Basic Qualifications
- [Bachelors degree in Microbiology, Biology, Chemistry, or a related
scientific field.]{contrast="auto"}
- [Prior experience in a pharmaceutical quality control or
microbiology laboratory setting preferred, especially in
environments regulated by cGMP standards.]{contrast="auto"}
- [Strong written and verbal communication skills.]{contrast="auto"}
- [Ability to focus on detailed tasks for extended periods and
strictly adhere to established safety and quality
protocols.]{contrast="auto"}
- [Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic
computer skills for documentation and reporting.]{contrast="auto"}
