Hospitality Specialist

Carlton Fields is seeking a Hospitality Specialist for its Tampa office.
Qualified candidates must demonstrate professionalism, flexibility, organizational skills, and the ability to be proactive.
A hospitality specialist's duties may include, but are not limited to the following:
Direct preparation of conference rooms for meetings and cleaning of conference rooms following meetings
Responsible for development and maintenance of relationships with hospitality supplies vendors
Responsible for inventorying and ordering supplies for conference rooms, coffee areas and the employee lounge
Lead preparations and set-ups for firm events and with the following clean-up
Ensure the coffee areas and employee lounge are set up with daily supplies and supplies stocked in an organized manner
Maintain the cleanliness of the coffee areas throughout the day
Lead preparation of offices and work areas for new employees and visitors
Assist with Reception relief as needed
Assist with Office Services support as needed
Actual salaries will vary depending upon various factors, including relevant experience and skillset. The salary range listed is just one component of the Carlton Fields total compensation package for employees.
