Role Description

We are a growing architecture firm seeking a seasoned Project Architect to lead healthcare and institutional projects from early planning through construction. You will be a key member of our team, coordinating design, documentation, and delivery while mentoring junior staff.

About the role

• Lead projects from schematic design through construction documents and construction administration, ensuring design quality, technical rigor, and code compliance.
• Serve as a primary day-to-day contact for clients, consultants, and internal team members, managing schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and oversee production of detailed drawings and specifications in primarily Revit and AutoCad.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to emerging professionals, reviewing work and supporting their growth

Qualifications

• Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch) from an accredited program.
• Approximately 5-6 years of professional experience in an architectural practice, with significant time spent as a project architect or project lead.
• Proficiency in Revit; experience with other visualization or coordination tools (e.g., Enscape, Bluebeam, or similar) is a plus.
• Strong understanding of building codes, technical detailing, and construction processes.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
