About the Role

The Financial Analyst is a fully remote position responsible for financial reporting, forecasting, planning, business analysis, and strategic decision support. The role partners with leadership and cross-functional teams to provide financial insights, improve reporting processes, and support business growth initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
  • Analyze financial information to assess current and future business performance
  • Coordinate monthly reporting, quarterly forecasting, and annual planning processes
  • Partner with departments and leadership on reporting, analytics, strategic plans, business plans, and performance targets
  • Conduct P&L analysis, Risk and Opportunity analysis, and prepare bridge commentary
  • Develop ad-hoc financial analyses and management presentations
  • Recommend improvements to financial reporting and budgeting processes
  • Identify and communicate financial discrepancies or unsupported financial conditions
  • Provide financial consulting related to pricing and special projects

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
  • Minimum 3 years of FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) experience
  • Experience in the healthcare industry preferred
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
