Website & SEO/SEM Manager

The Website & SEO/SEM Manager is responsible for the performance and growth of FTL UTD's owned web properties — ensuring the club website drives ticket sales, youth program enrollment, and fan engagement while ranking competitively in South Florida sports searches.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize FTL UTD's club website and microsites (youth, men's team, women's team)
  • Own on-page and technical SEO across all web properties
  • Manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max) tied to ticket and program enrollment goals
  • Implement and maintain UTM tagging standards and GA4 event tracking
  • Publish and maintain bilingual (English/Spanish) web content
  • Coordinate with the Web Designer on UX improvements and landing page optimization
  • Produce monthly web performance reports: traffic, conversions, paid search ROAS

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of website management and SEO/SEM experience
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and Google Ads
  • Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow, or equivalent)
  • Strong understanding of conversion rate optimization and landing page best practices

Preferred

  • Sports or ticketing website experience
  • Spanish language proficiency for bilingual content management
  • Experience with Looker Studio for reporting

This is a hands-on, in-person role in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Candidates should be prepared to work approximately 60 hours per week across six days and thrive in a culture built on hard work, accountability, and opportunity.

Compensation

Salary range: $33,600 - $43,400, depending on experience. Eligible for performance bonus tied to website traffic growth, search engine performance, conversion optimization, ticket sales, and youth program enrollment.
