Nurse Recruiter

GENERAL SUMMARY: This position is responsible for providing the highest level of recruitment and staffing services to Henry Ford Health System (HFHS) leaders by delivering top nursing talent. Recruits potential candidates for nursing positions, screens and interviews applicants to determine preferences, limitations and qualifications. Refers qualified applicants to appropriate hiring authority. Coordinates internal movement of nursing employees. Maintains excellent relations with hiring managers, candidates and the community at-large.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, business or other related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum of 3-4 years of recruiting experience required. High volume recruitment experience strongly preferred. Current working experience that includes understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle process (lead generation, managing the internal/external process, extending an offer and closing a candidate). Experience with applicant tracking system.
