Overview
- Work with a global leader in customer service software solutions to help shape the future of their training organization. As an Instructional Designer Level 2, you will step into a fast-paced corporate learning environment to design and develop core internal and external training programs centered on a recent high-profile corporate acquisition. This position is vital to ensuring customer-facing engineering and support teams thoroughly understand incoming product technology, while simultaneously empowering global customers, partners, and prospects through premium on-demand digital content.
Key Responsibilities
- Create brand-new, end-to-end learning experiences and training content from the ground up rather than merely maintaining existing assets.
- Design blended training architectures incorporating a balanced mix of on-demand digital e-learning, virtual instructor-led training (VILT), structured assessments, and interactive learning activities.
- Build internal training modules to upskill global technical support teams on product troubleshooting, major software updates, product rollouts, and customer support behavioral metrics.
- Produce public-facing digital education materials and on-demand content to populate the corporate customer academy ecosystem.
- Coordinate and collaborate asynchronously with distributed international team members across regional hubs in the US, APAC, Mexico City, and Dublin.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of dedicated professional experience working as an instructional designer.
- An accessible online professional portfolio or web link showcasing real design samples and past instructional products submitted alongside your application.
- Proficiency in using authoring tools, learning management systems (LMS), and multimedia software such as Adobe Creative Suite, and Google Suite.
- Advanced proficiency in Articulate authoring software, specifically with Articulate Rise 360.
- Demonstrated hands-on experience designing learning solutions across multiple instructional methods, including digital e-learning, virtual instructor-led programs, and structural assessments.
- Mastery of the Google Workspace suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) for curriculum mapping, storyboarding, and collaborative design.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background working within the technology sector, B2B, SaaS environments, or equivalent fast-growth enterprise structures.
- Hands-on experience or familiarity with the Adobe Creative Suite, including tools like After Effects, Premiere, and Photoshop for multimedia asset creation.
- Experience leveraging generative AI workflows and modern AI tooling to accelerate development loops.
