Main Duties And Responsibilities

· Monitor incoming orders and update and manage master schedule, customer deliveries and customer expedites.

· Manage internal communications with manufacturing, engineering, Sales and other support departments to effectively meet customer demands.

· Analyze and approve material requisitions for each order in the MRP system.

· Set standard lead times for all contracted items; quarterly reviews of individual lead times for contracts such as Boeing.

· Represent Lamsco West Inc as a direct focal for customer production readiness audits.

· · Inventory management and ownership; direct yearly inventory counts/audits.

· Forecast material usage and manage material Min/Max, quarterly.

· ·Develops and executes purchasing strategy.

· Responsible for the overall resources, negotiations and purchasing of all materials.

· Resolve vendor issues that may affect manufacturing and customer needs.

· Direct and coordinate activities of personnel engaged in buying materials.

· Additional Duties, as assigned.
