The Role

SPACEPANDA is looking for a Fulfillment Coordinator to run the day-to-day operation of our Fresno warehouse and keep our product releases shipping on time, every time.

We want someone sharp, motivated, and organized who's eager to learn, unafraid to try new things, and ready to grow. You'll start by owning the fulfillment floor, and as we scale, you'll lead our fulfillment burst teams through release periods and take on more.

This is a ground-floor role with real upside. We offer growth and ownership participation that's highly unusual for a position at this level because we're betting on the person, and we want you genuinely invested in what we build together.

As our first warehouse hire, you'll work directly with the company Director. If you take ownership seriously, communicate early and clearly, and like the idea of seeing your work land directly in fans' hands worldwide, you'll fit right in.

  • Keep all equipment (printers, label machines, workspace) maintained and reset between releases
  • Pre-kit materials and prep inventory ahead of upcoming releases
  • Spot opportunities to improve how we work and bring new ideas to the table

What We're Looking For

  • Smart and motivated, you pick things up fast and don't need to be told twice
  • Eager to learn and unafraid to try new things, you'd rather figure it out than wait to be told
  • Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented, accuracy is the whole job
  • Dependable and consistent .you take deadlines seriously and communicate early when risks come up
  • Comfortable stepping up to coordinate a team when releases get busy
  • Comfortable with physical work (lifting boxes, packing, standing for extended periods)
  • Comfortable learning software, we'll train you on Shopify, ShipStation, Notion, and Google Drive
  • Based in or able to commute reliably to Fresno, CA (on-site)
  • Available and flexible during release cycles
  • Warehouse, fulfillment, or print experience is a plus, but not required. We'll teach you the skills.

What Success Looks Like

  • Every release ships on time and accurately, whether volume is high or low
  • Inventory and supplies are tracked and always sufficient
  • Print and product quality consistently meet our high standards
  • Customers get fast, friendly, helpful responses
