Pay: $55,000 - $60,000 Annually (Depending on Experience)

Schedule: Monday – Friday + On-Call Availability

Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Position Overview

The Branch Manager is responsible for the overall success of the branch by driving business development, managing recruiting and staffing operations, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring operational excellence. This role requires a hands-on leader who can thrive in a fast-paced environment while meeting staffing goals and delivering exceptional customer service.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily branch operations, including recruiting, staffing, payroll, onboarding, and employee relations.
  • Lead, coach, and develop recruiters, staffing coordinators, and branch personnel.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying opportunities for business growth.
  • Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates for light industrial positions.
  • Monitor branch performance metrics, including fill rates, retention, sales growth, and profitability.
  • Conduct client visits, safety audits, and workforce planning meetings.
  • Manage employee performance, attendance, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, employment laws, safety regulations, and client requirements.
  • Analyze staffing trends and labor market conditions to support workforce planning.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and clients to understand staffing needs and provide effective workforce solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records and reporting within applicant tracking systems and staffing software.
  • Participate in after-hours and on-call support as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3–5 years of staffing industry experience, preferably within the light industrial sector.
  • Previous branch management, operations management, or staffing leadership experience preferred.
  • Proven success in recruiting, client management, and business development.
  • Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • Strong knowledge of staffing operations, employment regulations, and workforce management.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, ATS systems, and staffing software.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
