What You'll Be Doing

  • Develop and manage corporate partnerships, sponsorships, and strategic collaborations
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective partners and funding opportunities
  • Research industry trends, company developments, and emerging partnership opportunities
  • Create proposals, sponsorship packages, grant submissions, and executive presentations
  • Manage partnership activities from prospecting through stewardship, reporting, and reconciliation
  • Maintain Salesforce records, reporting systems, and partnership documentation
  • Support conference planning and partner engagement activities

About You

  • 5+ years of partnership development, business development, fundraising, or account management experience
  • Experience within healthcare, pharmaceutical, biotech, life sciences, or nonprofit organizations required
  • Strong project management and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and proposal-writing abilities
