About Attollo Prep: It is a fulfilling time to join the Attollo team. Role Overview: The Finance Coordinator will assist the Director of Operations in overseeing the administrative side of office functions and provide support to the rest of the staff. The coordinator will be responsible for financial tasks within the organization, including but not limited to bookkeeping, the annual audit, financial reports, and budget. As with any Attollo position, the goal is to create an enriching and engaging experience for all our scholars that promotes youth development, exposes scholars to colleges and careers, and sets them up for success after graduation. The mission? To build a pipeline of diverse leaders in Lancaster centered on academic achievement, self-empowerment, and social engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Bookkeeping
- Track all expenses and receipts on our Divvy platform
- Approve appropriate staff expenses
- Provide ongoing training of staff on business card usage and reporting
Audit
- Lead annual audit process and completing tasks in a timely manner
- Track down open expenses and receipts
- Communicate with audit administrators
Reporting
- Keep track of finances on Quickbooks Online
- Run regular reports and review with CEO
- Present finances and reports to the Board of Directors during bi-monthly Board meetings
Internal Control Narrative
- Lead the annual updates of the Internal Control Narrative
- Ensure team follows ICN at all times
- Performing your duty based on ICN (checking mail, depositing checks, preparing checks, etc.)
Finance Meetings
- Coordinate and attend finance meetings with CEO to discuss budget
- Prepare for and attend finance meetings with accountant and CEO
- Keep in constant communication with the accountant, including donation updates, incoming checks, outgoing expenses, etc.
- Maintain and review operating budgets with program leads regularly
Administrative
- Organize files and other office spaces to keep the office spotless
- Keep office supplies stocked and organized
- Help manage the Extraordinary Give and other big fundraisers
- Help manage smaller fundraisers throughout the year
Programs (may vary)
- Participate in and lead the Attollo Recruit 6-week onboarding process
- Lead or co-lead a Spring Program
- Lead or Co-lead a Summer program
- Support 12th grade programming, including application workshops, affinity clubs, an exclusive retreat, and more.
- Provide 1:1 college support for senior scholars
Qualifications
- College graduate, B.Ed. or equivalent experience
- Proficient with Quickbooks Online, Divvy (or similar)
- Experience with finance, accounting and/or bookkeeping
- Experience in and/or demonstrated commitment to supporting diversity, equity, access, inclusion, and wellbeing
- Ability to handle multiple competing priorities and to adapt to changing priorities
- Proven ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Excellent planning, organization, interpersonal, and communication (written/verbal) skills
- Experience working within the secondary and/or postsecondary Secondary Education systems
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient with Google Suite, Canva (preferable)
- Reliable transportation

Hours
- Working hours vary seasonally
- Early mornings may be required during the fall (Attollo Recruit Season) + occasional evenings & weekends
- Occasional evenings & weekends may be required during the spring and summer
- Up to three weeks of travel during the summer to support college tours
Benefits
- Full-Time Salary: $40,000 - $50,000
