About the Role

Are you ready to take a leading role in expanding our FLM project across global markets? This is a high‑impact position where you will:

  • Shape our international channel network across key regions – Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Central Asia, Russian‑speaking areas, and the Americas.
  • Be deeply involved in the full commercial cycle – from pricing and strategy to execution, while driving business negotiations and partnerships with overseas distributors and agents.
  • Enjoy a highly rewarding compensation package with a strong base salary and performance‑based project bonuses.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Global Channel Development – Identify, evaluate, negotiate, and onboard distributors and agents in target overseas markets.
  2. Business Negotiation & Partnership – Independently lead high‑level commercial meetings with potential clients and strategic partners; draft bilingual (CN/EN) cooperation proposals and drive deals to closure.
  3. Market Strategy & Pricing – Analyse local competition, tariffs, and logistics costs to help formulate regional pricing strategies and sales campaign plans.
  4. Event Planning & Execution – Organise and execute on‑ground activities such as product launches, technical seminars, and training sessions to strengthen our brand presence and professional image in target regions.
  5. Channel Enablement & Project Management – Provide product training and sales support to overseas partners; track project milestones to ensure sales targets are met.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Bachelor’s degree or above, with 5+ years in overseas market development, channel sales, or key account management within the machinery, building materials, chemicals, or related industries. Overseas residency or frequent business travel experience is a strong plus.
  • Language: Fluent in English as a working language, with excellent presentation and negotiation skills; capable of independently reviewing and communicating contract terms in English.
  • Core Competencies: Results‑driven, resilient under pressure, and willing to travel internationally >60% of the time annually.
  • Preferred (bonus): Existing channel resources in our target regions (Southeast Asia, Middle East, Central Asia, Russian‑speaking areas, Americas); technical background to quickly grasp product specifications and application scenarios.
