General Mission

  • Assist with the bureau’s projects management
  • Assist with the projects’ administration

Responsibilities

Assist with the bureau’s projects management

  • Assist the Project Manager and Project Officers with the coordination and execution

of Bureau projects

  • Assist in the drafting of narrative reports
  • Contribute to the research for the development of project proposals for grant

application

  • Support the identification and coordination of external service providers
  • Assist with maintaining service providers contracts and monthly invoices
  • Support logistics for RSF events, workshops and missions

Assist with the projects’ administration

  • Assist the project team in managing project-related receipts, invoices from local

service providers, and expense recording

  • Support project-related administrative operations of the Bureau, including mailing and

procurement.

Others

  • Any other task necessary to facilitate the Asia-Pacific bureau’s operations and new

projects.

Candidate Profile

  • Master’s student, specialised in development, international relations, administration,

humanitarian cooperation, or a related field;

  • Native Mandarin speaker, with fluent English;
  • Interest in media relations, journalism, information, and technology;
  • A valid work permit is mandatory.

  • 協助專案經理及專案專員處理辦事處專案的協調及執行
  • 協助撰寫說明報告
  • 協助資助申請專案計劃書的撰擬所需研究
  • 協助尋找外部協力廠商/人員與溝通協調
  • 協助管理協力廠商/人員的合約及每月發票
  • 協助無國界記者活動、工作坊及各類任務之後勤事務

協助專案行政事務

  • 協助專案團隊管理專案相關收據、本地協力廠商/人員發票與支出紀錄
  • 協助辦事處的專案相關行政庶務,包括郵務與採購。

其他

協助推進亞太區辦事處營運及新專案之任何其他交辦事項。

應徵條件

  • 發展研究、國際關係、行政管理、人道合作或相關領域之碩士
  • 以中文為母語者,具備流利英語能力;
  • 對媒體關係、新聞、資訊與科技感興趣;
  • 須持有效工作許可。
