As our Security Guard you will play an integral role in delivering an exceptional guest experience while contributing to a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Ensure smooth, efficient operations aligned with brand standards

  • Monitor the hotel premises to ensure the safety of guests, employees, and visitors
  • Patrol interior and exterior areas (lobbies, hallways, parking lots, stairwells)
  • Identify and respond to suspicious activity or potential security threats
  • Enforce hotel safety policies and procedures
  • Respond quickly to emergencies such as:
    • Medical incidents
    • Disturbances or disputes between guests
    • Fire alarms or safety hazards
  • Coordinate with local law enforcement, fire department, or EMS when needed
  • De-escalate conflicts using professional communication
  • Monitor entry and exit points, especially during overnight hours
  • Verify access for employees, vendors, and visitors when required
  • Prevent unauthorized persons from entering restricted areas

Requirements

  • Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional service
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Solutions-oriented mindset with attention to detail
  • Flexibility to work varied schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
  • Relevant certifications or licenses preferred

Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
