Class A CDL Drivers Trainees OK 100% No Touch Home Weekends -1100 to 1500/WK

Regional account is looking for Class A CDL Drivers who are experienced and those that are just graduating truck driving school. This account is home weekends for your 34 hour reset with weekly pay of $1100-$1700 depending on your experience and how hard you run. This is all no touch freight.
- Drivers earn $.56 to $..65CPM based on experience with up to $.08CPM/Month in safety and productivity bonuses. Drivers run 1700 to 2400 miles per week and are home every weekend for their 34 hour reset. All freight is no touch and is a mix of drop and hook and live unload.
- The average weekly pay ranges from $1,100 to $1,700. Trainees are paid $800 to $900/WK during training. Trainees will run for 5-6 weeks and the start mileage rate of $.56CPM
- Driver will run as far west as Kansas, as far south as Georgia, as far east as Pennsylvania and as far north as Minnesota. Experienced drivers can have a rider (12 and older) and a pet (40 lbs or less) from day one. Trainees can have a rider and pet after completing training. Full benefits, including medical, dental, PTRO vision, and more, are provided after 30 days.
- Orientation 2 days and company will pay for travel, food and you will be paid $300 for orientation once completed.
- Most trucks are Freightliner Cascadia models that are two years old or newer.
Requirements for this position are as follows:
- Drivers must live within 300 miles of Gary and will be running as far west as Kansas, as far south as Georgia, as far east as Pennsylvania and as far north as Minnesota
- Valid Class A License: Drivers must possess a valid Class A license.
- Can not have been terminated from Class A CDL Driving job in the last 12 months and not more than once in the last 5 years.
- Driving Record: No more than one on road at fault accident or DOT recordable accident in the last two years
- No major DOT Recordable Accidents in the last five years these include such as roll over, jack-knife, etc. All rear end accidents must be one year or more older
- No more than two moving violations in the last two years. No serious moving violations in the last year. These include (but not limited to 15+, seatbelt, hand held, leaving the scene of an accident). Note 30+ is DQ for 3 years
