Join Strala as an early SDR to build the outbound engine for our enterprise growth. Working directly with the CEO and SVP of Sales, you will drive pipeline for $500k+ ACV contracts in a rapidly expanding sector. What You Will Do
- Execute aggressive outbound campaigns across cold calls, email, and LinkedIn to book meetings for $500k+ ACV enterprise AI contracts.
- Build and scale the company’s first outbound playbooks while working directly with the CEO and sales leadership to define strategy.
- Qualify high-value revenue opportunities through rigorous discovery calls and manage the high-velocity transition of deals to senior account executives.
The ideal candidate
- Brings 1-2+ years of experience in a high-performance SDR, business development, or GTM role with a proven track record of generation.
- Demonstrates high agency and resilience, comfortable making 100+ cold calls daily and thriving on the high volume required for enterprise success.
- Communicates with extreme clarity and possesses a competitive edge, whether from sports, sales leaderboards, or an obsession with being the best.
