Work hours: Full time, 40 hours; Monday from 6am – 4:30pm, Tuesday from 9am - 4:30p, Wednesday from 9am - 4:30pm, Thursday from 9am – 4p and Friday from 8am – 4:30p

Here’s What You Need
- Junior college experience strongly preferred
- Healthcare setting experience is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with working knowledge of SharePoint and the ability to utilize Copilot AI tools.
- Demonstrates initiative as a self-starter with a strong customer focus and problem-solving mindset.
- Organizational skills/clerical
What You Will Do
The Onboarding Assistant plays a critical role in delivering Day One Orientation, which is conducted in person. Responsibilities include preparing sign-in sheets, maintaining the list of virtual participants, and providing updated attendance counts to SMEs and vendors for the upcoming week. Preparation begins the Friday prior, ensuring the room is fully set with laptops, key takeaway materials, swag bags, earbuds, and pens, as well as arranging pop-up banners and tablecloths. Catering orders for breakfast and lunch are also coordinated in advance. Throughout the remainder of the week, the team completes follow-up reporting to Timekeeping and Onboarding regarding no-shows. In addition, the team supports a variety of educational initiatives, including New Leader Orientation, Nurse Leader Exchange, Leader Exchange for Auxiliary and Professional Services, and pipeline programs.
- Proctor in rooms by providing assistance with technology tasks for day one - changing passwords, access work email, access MyTalent, setting up Multifactor Authenticator.
- Help with registration of new employees at orientation
- Build new employee folders and goodie bags
- Other duties as assigned
