Content Producer Intern

We’re looking for a dynamic content intern located in Huntsville who loves all things social media—from putting together fun TikToks to Instagram posts + more!

Are you the kind of person who loves learning about all that’s happening, whether it’s the latest restaurant opening, the coolest place to go next weekend or what new businesses are coming to town?

If so, here's what the internship program at Hville Blast is looking for:

• Professional writing skills – you can turn any topic into engaging copy + you know what performs well on different platforms
• You’re professional in your communication and demeanor + are comfortable speaking on camera
• You’re organized, efficient + a go-getter – you can balance multiple projects at once + adapt quickly
• You have a strong eye for visuals – you've spent time creating video short content for fun or professionally, know how to frame the perfect shot + keep your eyes open for things to capture

The internship will involve, but is not limited to:

• Producing content — iterating, filming + editing short videos such as Reels & TikToks
• Contributing original ideas during brainstorms + team meetings
• Taking photos + videos for different social accounts
• Writing stories using WordPress
• Writing copy for various platforms, including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook + more
• Covering events such as grand openings, client events, etc.

Both undergraduate + post-grad applications encouraged. Position offers 24 hours/per week, with opportunity for extension based on merit.

You must have your own transportation in Huntsville. You must have a laptop and cell phone.
