Type: Contract-to-Hire (6+ months)

Overview

We are seeking an AI Product Lead to drive the identification, development, and delivery of agentic AI use cases across the organization. This individual will operate with a strong product mindset, leading engagements from initial business problem definition through prototyping and phased rollout.

This is not a traditional project management role—this person will function as a product-driven engagement lead, partnering closely with business stakeholders and prototyping teams to deliver impactful, scalable AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of AI use cases:
    • Discovery → business case → prototyping → phased rollout → production deployment
  • Serve as the primary engagement lead with business stakeholders:
    • Define problems, challenge assumptions, and identify value-driven opportunities
  • Drive agentic AI initiatives focused on automation, optimization, and business impact
  • Translate business needs into actionable product features and solutions
  • Partner cross-functionally with:
    • Prototyping/engineering teams
    • Security, IAM, and architecture teams
    • Business stakeholders across multiple functions
  • Guide teams through prototype-to-production transitions
  • Manage and prioritize multiple concurrent use cases
  • Ensure solutions are aligned to business outcomes and scalability

Must-Haves

  • Strong product mindset (beyond traditional project execution)
  • Experience leading business-facing discovery and stakeholder engagement
  • Exposure to AI / automation / emerging technology use cases
  • Ability to take ideas from concept → prototype → rollout
  • Proven ability to lead conversations and drive outcomes independently

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience implementing or scaling agentic AI or AI-driven solutions
  • Familiarity with prototyping environments or AI tooling
  • Exposure to Agile tools such as Jira, story pointing, or design thinking frameworks
  • Technical background or strong collaboration with engineering teams

Soft Skills

  • Highly proactive and ownership-driven
  • Strong communicator who can lead discussions, not just facilitate
  • Naturally curious—asks “why” and drives clarity
  • Strong organizational and follow-through skills
  • Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-paced environments

Example Use Cases

  • Cost optimization across distributed business units
  • AI-driven dispute management and process automation
  • Identification and scaling of high-impact agentic AI opportunities

Team & Environment

  • Part of an AI / Automation Center of Excellence (CoE)
  • Heavy collaboration with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams
  • Works alongside prototyping teams to validate and deliver solutions
  • Acts as a bridge between business needs and technical execution
