As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our Pasadena team and help us continue delivering exceptional service to our clients and candidates.

MUST HAVE Experience

  • Previous recruiting, sourcing, sales, or staffing experience with a staffing firm is required
  • Strong candidate sourcing and networking skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience utilizing job boards, LinkedIn, and social media recruiting tools
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM platforms
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred

Key Responsibilities

  • Source, recruit, and screen qualified candidates for client openings
  • Review resumes and applications to identify top talent
  • Conduct candidate interviews and qualification calls
  • Utilize job boards, social media, referrals, and networking to build talent pipelines
  • Match candidate skills and career goals with client opportunities
  • Maintain accurate candidate records within our ATS and CRM systems
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure exceptional client and candidate experiences
  • Provide regular recruiting activity and pipeline updates
