Role Description
The National Account Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Sunrise, FL, responsible for managing and growing strategic client accounts across the United States. This role includes developing and executing account plans, identifying new business opportunities within existing and prospective accounts, and acting as a primary point of contact for key decision-makers. The National Account Manager will conduct regular client meetings, coordinate with internal technical and delivery teams, and ensure that solutions align with client objectives and timelines. Daily tasks include preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, tracking account performance, and maintaining accurate records within CRM tools. This role also involves collaborating with marketing and leadership to support go-to-market initiatives, attending industry events as needed, and providing feedback on market trends and customer needs.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in national or key account management, enterprise sales, or business development within technology or software services.
- Strong skills in relationship management, consultative selling, and stakeholder communication at multiple organizational levels.
- Ability to develop and execute strategic account plans, including forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue growth strategies.
- Comfort working with technical teams and translating client business requirements into high-level technology solutions.
- Proficiency with CRM software and standard productivity tools (e.g., Salesforce or similar platforms, MS Office or Google Workspace).
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and written communication skills, with attention to detail and follow-through.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in IT services, custom software development, or SaaS sales is preferred.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend events.
