Chief Financial Officer

We are partnering with a non-profit organization in Lawrence, MA who is looking to add a Chief Financial Officer to their team. This role will serve as a strategic business partner to executive leadership while overseeing all financial operations and driving key organizational initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic financial leadership and guidance to executive management
• Oversee all accounting, finance, budgeting, and forecasting functions
• Lead and manage the organization's financial planning and analysis efforts
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and regulatory compliance
• Drive digital transformation initiatives and ERP system implementation
• Manage cash flow, investments, and overall financial health of the organization
• Partner with operational leaders to support organizational growth and objectives
• Lead, develop, and mentor the finance and accounting team

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 10+ years of progressive finance and accounting leadership experience
• Nonprofit experience required
• Proven ability to serve as a strategic business partner
• ERP implementation experience required
• Ability to step into a leadership role and make an immediate impact

Compensation: $220K-$240K depending on experience
