Schedule: M-F, 9AM – 5PM

Benjamin Office Supply & Andy Stern’s Office Furniture are leading providers of office furniture, committed to delivering high-quality products and outstanding customer service. We are seeking an energetic and driven Furniture Account Executive to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in helping businesses stay well-equipped and efficient with our wide range of office supplies. Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and prospecting in target markets.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Manage and grow a sales pipeline, ensuring regular follow-ups and timely closing of deals.
  • Product Knowledge & Solutions:
  • Provide expert knowledge of our product offerings, including office supplies, furniture, and equipment, to recommend the best solutions for clients' needs.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers.
  • Service and support existing accounts, addressing customer inquiries, order issues, and product recommendations.
  • Maintain up-to-date customer information, sales activity, and order history in the CRM system.
  • Process customer orders, ensuring timely delivery and accuracy of products.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Targets & Reporting:
  • Achieve sales targets and KPIs on a monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Provide regular sales reports to management, tracking performance and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Address customer concerns and complaints, providing exceptional service to ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Qualifications

  • Previous sales experience, preferably in office supplies or related industries.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for closing sales.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
