We are hiring an Experienced Production Manager to help lead a high‑volume immigration production department handling life‑changing cases every day. This role is ideal for someone who already knows the immigration legal field, thrives in fast‑paced environments, and wants to be part of a team that fights for immigrants and their future.

What You’ll Do

• Lead production operations for a high‑volume immigration case department
• Keep hundreds of active cases moving efficiently and accurately
• Monitor deadlines, filings, and team performance
• Identify bottlenecks and resolve issues before they escalate
• Improve systems, workflows, and accountability
• Collaborate closely with attorneys and leadership to ensure case success

What You Bring

• 3+ years of experience as a Production Manager in an immigration law firm
• Experience managing 500+ active immigration cases at once
• Leadership experience managing legal support staff
• Ability to bring order, accountability, and speed to a busy department
• Calmness under pressure and urgency without excuses
• Deep understanding of immigration case processing systems
• Excellent communication and accountability mindset
• High attention to detail with speed and efficiency
• Continuous improvement mentality
