Our client is a global packaging manufacturing company with a strong hold on their space. They are vertically integrated and have one of the industries best succession planning structures.

The Maintenance Manager will step into a large, well-run facility and take control of a tenured team. The structure and the talent is in place. This Manager will help drive and increase performance.

Qualifications

• BS Degree in Engineering preferred
• World Class manufacturing experience - printing and paper preferred
• Department Leadership, driving improvements and team development is key
• Budgeting and storeroom oversite is required
• Culture driver and experienced developing employees
