THE ROLE

Our client experience coordinator is a well-rounded individual with outstanding people skills and experience in aesthetics. An energetic person who has a positive attitude, loves helping others and understands luxury hospitality! Someone who is comfortable multi-tasking and can problem solve without being told. You are the clients’ first link to ALEXIS LAUREN and the highest level of care is our priority. The details matter!

DUTIES

  • Answering multiple phone lines and assist with any treatment questions in a professional manner.
  • Greet and check in clients, offer beverage of their choice and ensure they are taken care of.
  • Manage the daily schedule to make sure it is on time and efficient.
  • Confirm all client records have been recorded with any key notes added—familiarity with Zenoti (EMR) a bonus.
  • Conduct lead outreach for new and existing client bookings. Must be comfortable using a CRM—familiarity with Podium a bonus.
  • Convert clients to The Vault members and enhance clients' skin journey by understanding larger menu of offerings.
  • Keep front desk extremely organized, ensure rooms are well kept and check bathroom hourly.
  • Check out clients and process payments.
  • Respond to incoming client inquiries via phone, email and text in a quick and efficient manner. Make sure they have any pre-care needed when booking an appointment and post-care when following up.
  • Receive mail and packages and put away in correct place.
  • Confirm client appointments daily.
  • Knowledge of Biologique Recherche, Skinbetter Science and iS clinical a bonus.
  • Must have injectables/ aesthetic knowledge

Requirements

At least 1 year working in aesthetics, plastic surgery or cosmetic dermatology practice.

  • Retail and Sales Experience a plus.
