Work Schedule: 3 days in office/2 days remote

Summary

We are seeking a Sourcing Consultant to support sourcing and procurement initiatives within a dynamic and collaborative environment. In this contingent assignment, the consultant will contribute to moderately complex sourcing activities, support strategic planning, and partner with internal stakeholders to deliver effective sourcing solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Consult on and participate in moderately complex sourcing initiatives and deliverables

  • Contribute to large-scale sourcing planning efforts and execution of category strategies

  • Review and analyze sourcing challenges, conducting in-depth evaluation of varying factors

  • Support the resolution of sourcing-related issues, applying strong knowledge of policies, procedures, and compliance requirements

  • Collaborate closely with client personnel and cross-functional teams to meet sourcing objectives

  • Assist with contract lifecycle activities, including drafting, review, negotiation, and analysis

  • Conduct financial and cost analysis to support sourcing decisions

  • Manage and prioritize multiple sourcing and procurement projects simultaneously

  • Support vendor selection, evaluation, and procurement processes

  • Utilize sourcing tools and software to drive efficiency and reporting

Qualifications

  • Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

  • Experience in sourcing, procurement, or related field, demonstrated through work, consulting, military, or education

  • Strong understanding of sourcing and vendor procurement processes

  • Experience with contract drafting, negotiation, and analysis

  • Ability to perform financial analysis and cost evaluation

  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects effectively

  • Proficiency with computer software and sourcing tools

  • Demonstrated experience in:

    • Contract management

    • Project management

    • Vendor sourcing and procurement

    • Financial analysis

  • Experience working in large, matrixed organizations

  • Familiarity with compliance and regulatory sourcing requirements

  • Experience with procurement or sourcing systems (e.g., Ariba, Coupa, SAP)
