We're looking for a creative, organized, and driven Social Media & Marketing Specialist to help bring our brand to life through engaging content, social media management, video production, and community-focused marketing initiatives.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating content, telling stories, filming and editing videos, staying on top of social media trends, and helping build meaningful connections with audiences online and in person.
What You'll Do
Social Media Management & Brand Engagement
- Manage Hayat Pharmacy's social media presence across multiple platforms.
- Create and schedule engaging content that supports brand awareness, community engagement, recruitment efforts, and patient education.
- Monitor comments, messages, reviews, and online conversations while maintaining a positive and professional brand presence.
- Respond to routine inquiries and escalate sensitive concerns when appropriate.
- Track social media performance and provide recommendations to improve engagement and reach.
Content Creation & Video Production
- Develop compelling written, graphic, and video content for social media, digital marketing campaigns, presentations, and promotional materials.
- Film and edit short-form and long-form video content for social media, recruiting campaigns, patient education, and community outreach initiatives.
- Capture photo and video content at company events, pharmacy locations, and community activities.
- Collaborate with leadership to transform ideas and initiatives into engaging content.
Marketing Campaign Support
- Assist with the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
- Support recruitment marketing efforts and employer branding initiatives.
- Conduct audience and market research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Help maintain consistency in brand messaging and visual identity.
Events & Community Engagement
- Support marketing and community outreach events throughout Wisconsin.
- Attend occasional evening or weekend events to assist with event execution and content capture.
- Help showcase Hayat's impact through storytelling, photography, and video content.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Graphic Design, or a related field preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in social media, marketing, communications, content creation, or a related role.
- Experience creating content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other social media platforms.
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar creative tools.
- Basic photography and videography skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated with strong attention to detail and a creative mindset.

- Experience managing social media analytics and reporting.
