Attention to detail and proactive updates are essential; hospitality clients plan installs around your dates.

3+ years in freight, logistics, or high-touch product fulfillment.
Experience with ocean/air bills of lading, commercial invoices, and US import basics.
Proficiency in spreadsheets and TMS/WMS tools; quick learner on new software.
Customer-first mindset with professional written updates.
