Director of Brand & Creative Services

You are responsible for the visual identity, creative output, and storytelling of Fort Lauderdale United FC across all properties. You will manage the in-house design and video team, enforce brand standards, and ensure every touchpoint, from match day signage to social graphics to sponsor activation materials, reflects a consistent, compelling, and culturally resonant identity.

Responsibilities

  • Own and evolve the FTL UTD brand guidelines across platform properties
  • Oversee production of all creative assets: digital graphics, video content, match day materials, sponsor deliverables, merchandise concepts
  • Manage creative timelines and ensure on-time delivery for campaigns, events, and sponsorship activation
  • Collaborate with Digital, Sponsorship, and Fan Engagement teams to produce integrated campaign creative
  • Brief and manage external vendors and freelancers as needed
  • Ensure bilingual (English/Spanish) creative execution as standard practice

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of creative leadership experience in sports, agency, or entertainment environments
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating brand system design, motion graphics, and multi-channel campaign creative
  • Experience managing designers, video producers, and web creatives
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere, etc)

Preferred

  • Prior experience at a professional sports club or league
  • Spanish language proficiency
  • Experience creating bilingual brand systems for multicultural audiences

This is a hands-on, in-person role in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Candidates should be prepared to work approximately 60 hours per week across six days and thrive in a culture built on hard work, accountability, and opportunity.

Compensation

Salary range: $52,500 - $66,500, depending on experience. Eligible for performance bonus tied to brand growth, engagement, and strategic marketing KPIs.
