Position

We're looking for a Content & Photography Coordinator to support the creation of photography and social content across our website, email marketing, and social media channels. This role is part of our creative team and works closely with our Founder, Jen D'Angelo, our Chief Brand Officer, and our Marketing & Content Manager. In this role, you will take ownership of much of the photography side of content production while helping execute editorial shoots, product photography, and day-to-day studio operations.

We're looking for someone who is hardworking, highly creative, and has a DIY “make it happen” approach to work. We need someone in-house to help execute product photography on and off model, studio shoots, and editorial content. This is a very hands-on role where execution, speed, and reliability are just as important as creativity.

You should be comfortable jumping into shoots on short notice when needed, while also being excited to plan and contribute to more developed creative projects. Most of our content is currently created on iPhones, so speed, adaptability, and strong instincts for visual storytelling are key. If you are technically skilled and can deliver extremely fast turnaround (often within 1–2 days), DSLR or more advanced capture may also be used.

This role requires someone who can collaborate closely with the creative team on ideas and execution, contribute creatively to social media, advertising, and campaigns, and also take on the hands-on operational work that keeps content production running.

How we work

We’re a small, fast-moving team where ideas move quickly from concept to execution. Everyone contributes across multiple parts of the creative process, from brainstorming to production to hands-on studio work. We often shoot at outdoor locations, with very quick turnaround (think set up, shoot, and break down all within 2 hours). We value collaboration, initiative, and a willingness to jump in wherever needed to get great work done.

What You’ll Do

This is a creative role, but also a highly operational one. You will be expected to:

  • Execute ecommerce product photography both on and off model in a studio setting
  • Assist with editorial shoots and content creation (primarily shot on iPhone)
  • Shoot, edit, and deliver polished photo and video content using iPhone and mobile editing apps within fast-turnaround workflows
  • Pull, prepare, steam, and organize products for shoots
  • Set up and break down photoshoots (equipment, product, and studio space)
  • Follow shoot lists and execute them accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain organization of product before, during, and after shoots
  • Fold, pack, and return all product “go-backs” after shoots
  • Keep studio space, props, and photography supplies organized and shoot-ready
  • Work quickly and help keep production moving on schedule

Creative & Collaboration Expectations

  • Brainstorm, develop, and support ad concepts, editorial ideas, and campaign content
  • Collaborate on monthly product launches and marketing initiatives
  • Ensure all creative output aligns with brand tone and visual identity
  • Contribute ideas while also executing assigned tasks with speed and accuracy
  • Work in a highly collaborative environment where priorities can shift quickly
  • Communicate openly, directly, and constructively across the team
  • Comfortable appearing on camera occasionally as part of content creation

Qualifications

  • Photography experience required
  • Comfortable photographing products and people in a studio environment
  • Comfortable shooting and editing content on iPhone
  • Strong skills in iPhone photography and mobile editing apps; comfortable producing polished, final-ready content entirely within mobile workflows
  • Able to work within a fast-paced content production environment with quick turnaround times, often delivering finished assets within 1–2 days
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable managing shifting priorities in a multitasking environment
  • Creative, collaborative, and excited to contribute ideas while also taking ownership of hands-on production work
  • Strong communicator with an open, intentional communication style
  • Self-motivated with a positive, team-oriented attitude
  • Interest in fashion, styling, social media, and visual storytelling

Perks

  • Generous employee discount
  • Flexible scheduling
  • Paid Sick Time
  • Early access to unreleased products
