Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, public health, communications, or related field is preferred but not required. We are open to training the right candidates
  • Demonstrated experience in administrative support, customer service, or community outreach roles
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
  • Hands-on knowledge of psychiatric billing and coding (CPT, ICD-10)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused and empathetic approach
  • Proficiency in Google Business Suite and familiarity with digital marketing platforms like Mailchimp are preferred
  • Passion for mental health advocacy, community engagement, and social impact initiatives.
  • Fluent in Spanish preferred but not required

Work Schedule

  • Full time position with flexibility to accommodate occasional evening and weekend community events as needed.
  • Regular office hours with occasional off-site outreach activities and events.
  • Great opportunity for students in the mental health field as we offer long term BSW/MSW/RCSWI supervision included with employment.

Location

In-person office at 2629 McCormick Dr., Building 6 Suite 101, Clearwater, FL 33759

Travel throughout the community as needed for networking events occasionally
