- Deliver 70+ retail units a month
- Maintain $2000+ PVR
- Achieve 40%+ Vehicle Service Contract penetration
- Create a transparent, professional, and customer-friendly finance experience
- Build strong relationships with lenders, Sales Managers, and customers
- Help drive a culture of continuous improvement
