Financial Solutions and Investments is seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Client Services and Relationship Coordinator to become an important part of our team. This position offers the opportunity to work directly with clients and support a Financial Advisor in helping individuals and families pursue their financial goals.

Responsibilities
- Provide excellent client service by answering incoming phone calls and assisting clients
- Welcome clients and visitors in a warm, professional manner
- Schedule appointments and maintain advisor calendars
- Prepare applications, forms, account paperwork, and account maintenance requests
- Enter and maintain client information in CRM systems
- Scan, organize, and maintain electronic files and records
- Assist with office projects and administrative tasks as assigned
- Contact existing clients regarding paperwork and service requests
- Support daily office operations and help create an outstanding client experience
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs
- Accurate data entry and keyboarding skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Positive attitude and professional appearance
